Swaps

Go to Wallet → Swap, select the assets you want to swap, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.
Yes, there is a small swap fee. The exact fee depends on the assets being swapped and is displayed before confirmation.

Crypto Card

Open the app, go to the Crypto Card section, and follow the card issuance process. You'll need 50 USDT for card issuance.
Go to Crypto Card → Top Up, select the amount in USDT, and confirm. Funds will be available on your card after processing.
Your crypto card can be used anywhere Visa/Mastercard is accepted, both online and offline, worldwide.
Make sure you have sufficient balance on your card and that the merchant accepts card payments. If issues persist, contact support.

QR Pay

QR Pay allows you to make instant payments by scanning QR codes at shops and restaurants. Your USDT is automatically converted to local currency.
QR Pay is available at participating merchants that display the QR Pay logo. Check the app for a list of supported locations.
Open the app, go to QR Pay, scan the merchant's QR code, enter the amount, and confirm. The payment completes instantly.

Used for money management and payments. This includes:

  • Deposits and withdrawals (fiat and crypto)
  • P2P trading
  • Earning products (staking, savings, lending)
  • Transfers between your own wallets inside the exchange

Trading Wallet

Used for active trading, such as Spot trading, Margin trading, Futures, and Options.

  • Risk management: Open trades cannot accidentally be withdrawn or used for other services.
  • Clear accounting: Easier tracking of balances, PnL, and fees across separate functions.
  • Security: Limits exposure if a specific trading function or API key is compromised.
